If you suffer from a skin condition such as acne then it is important that you have a skincare routine that you use daily to help keep your skin in the best possible condition.
Finding a few products that work well for your skin can be difficult, in-fact it has taken me many years to finally find 3 products that I now use daily which work really well on my skin.
All of these 3 products are natural, these reason I rather natural products is because they usually do not contain any harmful ingredients, cannot be discontinued and most importantly are better for the skin short and long term.
My 3 Products Revealed
1. Manuka Honey
2. Green Clay
3. Argan Oil
Manuka Honey Face Wash
I use manuka honey each morning and night as a face wash. To do this I simply take a decent amount of manuka honey and massage very lightly over my face for around 10-20 seconds before washing off.
Benefits Of Manuka Honey
- Antibacterial, anti-fungial and anti-anti inflammatory
- Contains beneficial vitamins and minerals
- Moisturizing Properties
Green Clay Face Mask
Once a week I will apply green clay on my face. This for me has been a wonder product and after using it my skin really looks amazing. To use I simply apply water to the clay and stir until a thick cream has been made, apply over the entire facial area, wait for the mask to become hard, then wash off with lukewarm water, never hot.
Benefits Of Green Clay
- Pulls toxins from deep within pores
- Contains minerals
Argan Oil Moisturizer
I apply argan oil once a day in the morning as a moisturizer and it also helps to speed up the healing process of acne scars, which is the main problem I have now, however since adding argan oil the scars have been fading quickly.
Benefits Of Argan Oil
- Sebum regulating action on the oily skin that reduces the oiliness
- Reduce skin inflammation and skin irritation
These are the only 3 products I know use on my skin and the results have been really good. After only a few months of using them my skin is looking around 70%-80% better in terms of redness, acne and acne scars.
Will This Work For Me?
Whether this skincare routine will work for you or not is impossible to say. I would advise trying it for 2weeks to a month and see what the results are. For some people I am sure it will work great and for others may not work at all. Trial and error is something you will have to do to try and get rid of many skin conditions.
