The Clarisonic Mia 2 is an upgraded version of the original Clarisonic Mia. Recently I decided I needed to upgrade my Mia and naturally went with the Clarisonic Mia 2 after finding it for the best price on Amazon. While the device is almost identical to the original there are a few added features which include:

  • 2 Speed Settings. The Original only had one speed.
  • One minute pulsing T-timer which lets you know when each section of the face has been cleansed for the recommended amount of time. The original had no T-timer.
These are the two extras that the Clarisonic Mia 2 has over the original. Just these two extras make the Clarisonic Mia 2 worth it for me. The speed settings mean I can keep it on the low one for general everyday cleansing and the higher setting for a deep cleanse every week or so. While I did fine without the T-timer with my original Mia it did help knowing when each section of my face had been cleansed for the adequate amount of time.

The Clarisonic Mia 2 is like the original but 10x times better, and I thought the original was impossible to improve on, however the people at Clarisonic proved me wrong and have come out with an  even better version of the Mia, for that reason I can not give this anything other than full marks.
