How Often Should I Change My Brush Head?
You should wait no longer than 3-4 months at the most. There are two main reasons why you need t change the brush heads so often are:
1. The bristles on the brush become brittle which will reduce the effectiveness of the device.
2. All the impurities from using the brush eventually build up on the brush.
These are the two main reason why you need to wait no longer than the recommended 3-4 months at the most before buying a new brush head.

Sea water is really good for ahileng your skin. After going to the beach for the first time, I was amazed how much my face cleared up. I decided to try mixing sea salt and tap water, making it taste as close to seawater as I could. Then, splashed it on my face for about 3 minutes. I did it three times a day, and it worked really well for me. Always apply moisturizer afterward, so your skin doesn’t dry up. I don’t know if this works for many other people, but it works great for me when I have mild acne. You can buy sea salt at any grocery store.
